With help of trained glacier guides, the right equipment and some expert instruction it is no big case to walk on the blue, hard ice.

This is not a very strenuous hike, but the route passes through the blue ice landscape - with towers, pinnacles and crevasses - is not flat and in some parts it climbs quite steep up and down.

Therefore you should be used to walk on an easy mountain path.

From 2017 entrance to the exhibition in the Glacier Visitor Centre (Breheimsenteret) is included.
